Question for the people who already got scammed, where did you end up purchasing your package from? The timing of actual delivery date of the real package and these texts are interesting. I purchased something from eBay (I know, that's the first issue but sometimes you get reeeeally good stuff there since not a lot of people shop there). But I'm thinking maybe it's the sellers who are in on the scam. How else would everything line up so perfectly between actual delivery date and scam text messages?

When is usps going to address the big issue with self appointed auditors causing mayhem in post offices? The postmaster and employees haven't a clue what poster 7 that's pinned on the wall means. There's issues with fighting, pepper spraying and recording of customers transactions, by these cameramen. When will usps put a stop to this?

It's not just USPS, I just got a random package from UPS that came from New York saying that it weighs 34 lb when in reality it was a single packet of Advil that expired 2 years ago.

Keep in mind. There is a difference between Postal Police Officers and Postal Inspectors. Some confuse the two.

I used to buy my USPS stamps from their official Ebay store, but they closed it down for no reason. They don't ship to Canada and I don't go down to the US very often these days... so you are forcing people to buy from online sellers. Why?

I just got a job with Costamare shipping and it’s the same exact thing they shipped a package to my house and now I’m baffled because they’ve promised me 3200 dollars a month plus $100 for every package shipped within 24 hours. I knew it was too good to be true.

I went to a USPS store in Marina Del Ray and I was told o was not allowed to send ANY batteries via ANY usps service (even ground!!) When I showed them this video they told me it was wrong and that I had to leave the store. Is this normal behaviour from your staff?

Coming from a country 🇬🇧 where the USP has recently been rejecting genuine stamps as counterfeit and charging recipients of legitimately stamped mail £5,- (About $6,50) for each affected item, great care needs to be taken *not* to criminalise the innocent consumer - They're victims of these scams, too. Furthermore, there have been cases of counterfeit stamps ending up in post office drawers after people have bought them online, then returned them to post office counters for refunds using receipts from purchases of genuine stamps. ⚠ The morals of this story, I think, would have to be: - Don't allow returns of postage stamps at counters - If returns have to be accommodated, use a mail-in process which refunds the customer via check or bank transfer. - Give *extremely* careful consideration before implementing any „Digital Twin“ system like the one Royal Mail are using. It's about as reliable as a British railway timetable. - Finally: If people are turning to counterfeit stamps for their postage, then questions need to be asked as to *why,* and *what* it is about the postal service that pushes prices up to levels many can't afford. 💸 Finally: I would duly heed the advice given at the end of the video, but I doubt Royal Mail will accept U.S. postage stamps for items posted in the UK. 😋

I sent my mother's checks by United States Post Office, package showed up 4 months later to my Mom's address no checks

Why not list legal sources outside the USPS. I know if you buy in bulk there must some approved vendors.
